July 10th, 2006 - Flour in WI

I have found a WI grown and milled flour. Too bad I don’t live in the Madison area, as they sell it at the farmer’s market(s) there. I’m sure it’s quite expensive, as they do a lot of the work by hand and/or with older technologies. (I think I saw horse-drawn combine in there….)
